I've Never Been One for Words

Our current daily routine goes like this:

The alarm goes off at 6:50am and Kaleb turns it off and tells me good morning, of which I generally am not awake enough to acknowledge and I roll over and go back to sleep. Trying to help me keep my goals and encouraging me as any husband would, he puts his arm around me and tells me that it's time for morning prayer. I hardly ever respond, but I'm always listening. He prays for us and then he gets up to shower and start the day.

My 14 Week Bump back in Mid-March
7:05. I'm still in bed. But I know that if I don't get out of bed soon that Kaleb will come right back to really get out of bed this time. So I finally pull my half-awake self out of bed and get ready as best as I can. With a larger and larger pregnant belly every day, the morning routine gets slower and slower, and I usually find myself calling for Kaleb to help me get my things under the counter since I can no longer bend over quite as gracefully as before.

Cereal for breakfast every day of the work week. We try to mix it up, but let's get real. We have our favorites: Honey Bunches of Oats and Honey Nut Cheerios. These are our current "go-to" boxes, but we did get a container of grits that Kaleb is more than excited to devour.

If we're lucky, we can get out the door by 7:40am and both of us can get to work on time by 8am. However, our luck usually runs out by Friday and we are lucky to get out the door at all!

Kaleb is still working for BYU custodial in the Kennedy and MARB Buildings. But we are hoping for a change of jobs by the end of the summer to help accommodate for my leaving my job. I'm still currently working at BYU Information Technology, but just until July 31st. After that, it's baby-prep time!

Basically, we live a fairly ordinary life and we enjoy the everyday pleasures that life brings.
However, with a baby on the way, we expect more Kjar Escapades :)
