To be honest, today was a very normal day. Work, school, ...other normal things. Kaleb has been participating in a running study for this new minimalist running shoe over the past few months and is finishing out his last week of scheduled running. So, this time, he ran 45 minutes in the heat of the day while I did a small workout that fits my pregnancy needs...and my belly. If you're wanting a quick workout that takes only about 10 minutes (pregnancy belly or not!), this is a really good one. It leaves me sore :)

| Bicentennial Park |

After the lesson, we headed to Bicentennial Park and got out our Frisbee Golf frisbees. It was a perfect day for a competition. Or, in our case, a fun learning experience. I had never actually played Frisbee Golf before, so it was pretty humorous as I almost hit a cute little family having a picnic. Oops! But the park was beautiful and we had fun playing around and also searching for lost frisbees accidentally thrown into the thick of trees. Fortunately, we left the park with all four frisbees. I'd call that a successful practice ;)
